Validation of a Framework for Implementing a Remote Operation Center for Automated Public Transport

Dear expert, thank you for taking part in this study by Tampere University (EU Horizon Europe project metaCCAZE).

Based on the literature and two earlier expert surveys, we have developed a six-phase framework for establishing a Remote Operation Centre (ROC) for automated public transport vehicles. We ask you to evaluate the framework as a whole: are its phases relevant, are they in the right order, and would it be useful in practice? Critical feedback is especially valuable.

The survey takes about 15 minutes. Participation is voluntary, and responses are analysed anonymously in accordance with the GDPR.
